Welcome!

Hey guys! Welcome to my blog! I'm Sam, and this is a "sub-blog" to SamExplores.com.

I created this blog to document, and share my path to fitness before each expedition I take part in! For those of you who stumbled upon this before SamExplores.com, I'll do a bit of explaining. I'm an "Adventurer" who completes challenging expeditions to raise funds and awareness in the fight against human trafficking. The organization that I partner with in this fight is Tiny Hands International!
